Little delay in appointment due to emergency treatment to serious patient is genuine. Such adversities are counters by all other best performing parameters. Dr Nirmal is very professional, matured and polite.... listen carefully the problems and give perfect advice.. only problem is with time. last time we were given appointment of 2.20pm but Dr came at 4.10pm. rest all r very nice
